When I'm not at my desk, I'm on my mat. I am a registered yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach that helps students reconnect their mind, body, and spirits through movement, meditation, and mental health work.

I help students find peace, conquer trauma, build confidence and live rooted, grounded and healthy lives at my virtual studio: Anahatha 423 Wellness.
